FAQ's
Do I need UGC experience?
No, this is designed for creators who are just getting started or would like some additional guidance. All you need is a phone and a willingness to show up and create!
What do I need to bring?
Definitely your iphone for filming! Please feel free to bring some props or outfit changes for different content pieces!
How exactly will the day run?
The day starts with a welcome and introduction, followed by a professional UGC coaching session. You will receive brand briefing so you know exactly what you're creating. You'll then move into filming, rotating through all brand stations. The UGC coach and Chelsea will be on the floor giving live help and direction the entire time. The day wraps with a Pressbook platform walkthrough so you leave knowing exactly how to use it and showcase your content!
Are there any post-event requirements?
This is a real creative experience which does mean real deliverables. Within two weeks of the event every creator is required to deliver their edited videos. This is a condition of your ticket and is what makes this experience genuine, you'll be working exactly like a professional creator does.
Do I need to have a Pressbook account already?
It's not a requirement, but we do suggest having your Pressbook account created and ready to go for the day!
What if I need help editing my videos after the day?
Chelsea will be available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have with video editing.
What if I can't make it?
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable, you can pass your spot to another creator if needed.
